Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I’m a founder, operator, and startup advisor. I started my career as a scientist, but everything shifted when my co-founder sent me a Kickstarter for what would become Rif Care.
We set an ambitious goal, launched within six months, and quickly grew into the #1 selling pads at Erewhon — now stocked in over 120 stores and available through major online retailers.
Most of what I’ve learned didn’t come from a playbook — it came from building in real time, figuring things out as I went, and leaning on the right people along the way.
Today, alongside growing Rif Care, I work with startups, create content, and speak on what it actually takes to build something that lasts.
